Also extremely rare Citroën 2CV Superamerica 4X4, only known example in Europe, improted from South America, electrically controlled 4WD, tubular chassis, shocks,  Visa engine, MINT condition troughout not even available in Argentina (where built, how many...?) Raid Ready 2CV  SOLD	Here is a chance to purchase this absolutely Raid Ready 2CV. You can quite literally step into this car and head on Raid. The car has been seen by us here in Brisbane and we were very impressed with it. A real gem ! Graham Draper is offering a 1975 2CV6 in bright orange tenere. The 2cv is up for sale and is built to a very high standard and a proven specification for rugged Australian conditions, basis of the car is a first class Ami 6 chassis with large springs and batteurs on the front swing arms. It has P O bumpers sump and tank guards all new bearings have been fitted and a new breaking system with heavy duty dampers also Ami 6 wheels have been fitted for ease in changing a tyre with 135 x 15  Michelin ms tyres which have proved to be a first class choice with only one puncture. The car body has been completely rebuilt with new floors bulk head sills vent flap and new wings seven coats of paint have been applied, the seats have been reupholstered and a special canvas hood fitted, the engine and gear box have been completely rebuilt, with a heavy duty alternator new regulator and battery and PO air filter. The only problem we had on the trip was a split front engine mount easily replaced with a spare, the car is still in first class condition and is ideal for a raid, probably the best 2cv available in Australia it also won first prize at registers day in the UK for its class the asking price is $12.000.
2CV white/red SOLD	Michael Mohr from Germany advises that he will have a car for sale after the Raid. It is a RHD white and red 2 CV 6 with German 1971 registration (so far). It got 'restored' in 1987 and is under "raid construction" at the moment. It will start it's time in Oz in Adelaide and will be pushed and pulled up to Cape York. It is available at the end of the Raid in Cairns but can be shipped anywhere in Oz. It has a strong front bumper for road signs, reinforcement in the frame around the front axle, PO type air filter, engine and gas tank protection, new shocks, king pins (will get another new set at the end of the Raid, too), new: top, clutch, main brake cylinder, drive shaft rubber boots, steering rod ends, engine-, gearbox mounts, etc, etc. The car was 'test driven' by Geoffrey Howatson to the 2 CV World Meeting in Holland 1997 and Greece 1999.
